Privacy & your order
Who looks after your information?
The shop owner must add their business identity and contact details before opening.
What this shop stores
To process and deliver direct orders, the shop stores the products ordered, prices, payment references, payment and dispatch status, your name, delivery address and the email address returned by PayPal. The shop does not receive or store your full payment-card details or PayPal password.
PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy terms. If you buy through an eBay listing, eBay and its payment providers handle that checkout separately.
Cookies and your shopping bag
This site uses a necessary session cookie for checkout security and manager login, and browser local storage to remember the items in your shopping bag. Removing items empties the bag. No advertising or analytics trackers are included in this package. PayPal’s checkout tools load when you open a non-empty shopping bag with checkout enabled.
How information is used
Order information is used to fulfil purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud and keep required business records. The shop owner should retain records only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact the shop to ask about access, corrections, deletion or the retention period applying to your order. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Service providers
The website hosting provider stores the website and order database; PayPal processes payments; delivery carriers receive the information needed to deliver your parcel. PayPal and eBay may process data in other countries under their respective privacy terms.
The shop owner must review this notice, add their identity, retention periods and relevant rights/complaint information for their location before opening the shop.
